Pancreatic adenocarcinoma is a serious disease caused by abnormal cells in the pancreas that divide and grow out of control, forming a tumor. Cystic lesion in pancreas can be both cancerous and non cancerous . To confirm the type of cystic lesion, best investigations are CT scan or MRI of abdomen.  Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) is also helpful in diagnosis of the type of cystic lesion of pancreas.
