When the skin and eyes start to turn yellow instead of their regular white colour, it is always an indication of a severe health ailment. Cystic lesion in pancreas can be both cancerous and non cancerous . To confirm the type of cystic lesion, best investigations are CT scan or MRI of abdomen.  Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) is also helpful in diagnosis of the type of cystic lesion of pancreas.
